Car Lights

We use PP/ABS to mold body of the light, use transparent PS for front cover of the light (High Light Transmission Ratio), and use BMC (vacuum electro-plated) as the light reflecting mirror. Plastic welding (by ultrasound, friction welding or hotplate welding) is used to assemble parts together.
